A man from the United Kingdom wanted a £4,000 cutting-edge hair transplant. However, he ended up having a glued-on wig triggering his asthma.

According to The Daily Mail report, personal Edward Willet eventually won the case filed at the Central London County Court in late July this year, getting his money back.

During the query, Mr. Willet said that he was “shocked and started crying” when he realized that he did not really get a top-of-the-class treatment for his receding hair for years.

The man specializes in providing personal training and fitness sessions for elderly and less mobile people.

Further, the man suffered asthmatic reaction to the bonding agent used to glue on the hair replacement.

Mr. Willet said he went to a hair studio after suffering for many years with receding hair. After almost a year of consultation, he decided to pull out £4,000 for the treatment in September 2017.

The fitness coach sued International Hair Studio (London) Ltd. Meanwhile, Richard Rowe, the head of the company, said they clearly advised him that he was signing up for a “replacement” and not for surgical hair transplant.

The court learned the man was already struggling with mental health problems. His parents even offered to pay for the treatment “to rehabilitate him.”

Later on, the court ordered the company to give a full refund to Mr. Willet, including damages.
