A salesman became frustrated with customers paying with cash stashed in bras as people in Dublin experience heatwaves with temperatures soaring over 30 degrees.

Bedding salesman Michael Flynn said paying cash stashed in bras is an unhygienic ban. He then warns customers from entering his shop if they continue doing it.

Mr. Flynn, also known as Mattress Mick, puts up a poster that says: “NO BRA MONEY. Due to increasing temperatures, and for our own personal safety, we will NOT be accepting any bra money. Sorry for any inconvenience (sic).”

“An URGENT alert in our #coolock store,” he added on his Facebook post.

“Due to a soaring heatwave across Dublin and ongoing safe trading with social distancing we would urge all customers not to pay us from their bras and keep your Euro notes in your purse or handbag at all times. Yours Mattress Mick (sic).”

The salesman really wanted to put an end to the “unsanitary habit” and even put up a poster outside his store in Dublin.

Many netizens found his post weird and hilarious. One commenter said: “You need to print out this sign for your place.”

Meanwhile, other netizens said the new policy is sexist. They also said men carry money in their underwear.
