The world’s largest freestanding acrylic pool structure will open soon in London.

According to news agency United Press International, the transparent-bottom pool is suspended at least 115 feet over the ground.

EcoWorld Ballymore said the Sky Pool connects the 10th stories of the Embassy Gardens in Nine Elms neighborhood.

The pool measures 82 feet long and stretches from one building to the other, with a transparent bottom.

Architects Arup Associates, engineers Eckersley O’Callaghan and aquarium designers Reynolds created the acrylic pool.

“Once you swim off, you can look right down. It will be like flying,” Brian Eckersley, director of Eckersley O’Callaghan said.

Meanwhile, a resort skyscraper in Dubai has broken a Guinness World Record for being the highest outdoor infinity pool.

According to various news reports posted online, it’s located at 964 feet, 2 inches above ground level.

The Address Beach Resort, a recently completed skyscraper in Dubai, now holds the world record.

It has a surface area of more than 6,000 square feet and is about 4 feet deep at its deepest point.

Guinness said the building management has decided to place the infinity pool on the 77th-floor rooftop.
